SchloR unser Name. Wir sind ein selbstverwaltetes Kultur- und Wohnprojekt im Herzen des allseits beliebten 11. Bezirks. Und suchen…. Dich? Ja? Eh! Ab Ende Juni haben wir 3 WG-Zimmer und einen Stellplatz für einen Wagen jeweils für Flinta* Personen zu vergeben.
Seit mehr als sieben Jahren arbeiten wir zusammen an unserem Traum langfristig abgesicherte und leistbare Räume für gemeinschaftliches Arbeiten und Wohnen zu schaffen. Dabei sind wir dem solidarischen und selbstorganisierten Kollektiv habiTAT zugehörig, welches den einzelnen Projekten Unterstützung beim Verwirklichen der Luftschlösser bietet. Wir, das sind 17 zukünftige Bewohner*innen, die gemeinsam mit den Kollektiven CRAP (Creatives@Rappachgasse) und TRAP (Trainingszentrum Rappachgasse) ein 3100m² großes Areal im schönsten Grätzl des schönsten Bezirks bespielen und bewohnen (werden). Unser Atelierkomplex samt Veranstaltungs- und Seminarraum, Tonstudio, Keramikwerkstatt, Holz-/Metallwerkstatt, Ateliers und einer 3 Zimmer-Wohnung brummt jetzt schon seit eineinhalb Jahren und aktuell arbeiten wir an der Fertigstellung der Sanierung unserer (Trainings-) Halle, dem Wagenplatz für 3 Wägen und dem brandneuen Wohnhaus mit 3 WGs für je fünf Personen. Nach vielen Verzögerungen ist es Ende Juni endlich soweit: wir können alle einziehen. Deswegen wollen wir jetzt auch vollständig werden. In unserer letzten Erweiterungsphase wollen wir noch drei Zimmer in unseren WGs und einen Wagenplatz jeweils an Flinta* Personen vergeben.
Die Zimmer im Detail:
- 1 Zimmer (18m²), 3er WG:
Zentral im Geschehen mit eigener Eingangstür und großer Terrasse im Ateliertrakt. Nicht geeignet für lärmempfindliche Personen und Hundehaarallergiker*innen - 2 Zimmer (17m² / 19m²), 5er WG:
Westseitig im 1. OG des Wohntraktes mit Gemeinschaftsterrasse Richtung Wald. Nicht geeignet für Katzenhaarallergiker*innen. - 1 Stellplatz für ein fahrbares Zuhause am WaPla (ab Herbst)
Die Miete für alle Zimmer am Gelände wird inklusive aller Nebenkosten im Durchschnitt ca. €430 betragen. Die Miete für einen Stellplatz am WaPla wird durchschnittlich ca. €150 betragen. Die genaue Aufteilung machen wir gemeinsam und solidarisch mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse und Möglichkeiten von uns allen.

We are not (yet) complete
SchloR is our name. We are a self-managed cultural and residential project located in the heart of the popular 11th district. And we are looking for… you? Yeah? Cool! Starting from the end of June, we have three rooms available in our flat-sharing community and a spot for a vehicle, each for Flinta* persons.
For over seven years, we have been working together on our dream of creating long-term, affordable and secure spaces for communal living and work. We are part of the solidary and self- organized collective habiTAT, which supports individual projects in realizing their dreams. We are a group of 17 future residents who, together with the collectives CRAP (Creatives@Rappachgasse) and TRAP (Training Center Rappachgasse), will occupy and live on a 3100m² area in the most beautiful neighborhood of the most beautiful district of Vienna. Our studio complex, which includes a venue for all kinds of events, a seminar room, recording studio, ceramics workshop, wood/metal workshop, studios, and a 3-bedroom apartment, has been buzzing for a year and a half now. Currently, we are working on completing the renovation of our (training) hall, the wagon place for three vehicles, and the brand new residential building with three shared flats, each for five people.
After many delays, we will finally be able to move in at the end of June. Therefore, we want to complete our community. In our last expansion phase, we want to offer the remaining three rooms in our shared flats and a parking spot for a vehicle to Flinta* persons. The details of the rooms are as follows:
- 1 room (18m²) in a 3-person shared flat:
In the studio complex, located in the center of the acitivities. Has it’s own entrance door from a big shared terrace. Not suitable for people sensible to noise or allergic to dogs. - 2 rooms (17m²/19m²) in a 5-person shared flat:
West-oriented on the first floor of the residential complex with a shared terrace towards a little forest. Not suitable for people suffering from cat hair allergy. - 1 parking spot for a mobile home at the Wagon Place (starting in autumn)
The rent for all rooms on the premises, including all additional costs, will be on average about €430. The rent for a parking space at WaPla will average about €150. We make the exact division together and in solidarity, with a view to the needs and possibilities of all of us.
