Das \u00fcber 3000m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe Grundst\u00fcck beherbergt schon jetzt B\u00fcros, Ateliers, Proben- und Seminarr\u00e4ume sowie die dazugeh\u00f6rige Infrastruktur. Der hier angesiedelte Betrieb \u201eCRAP \u2013 creatives at Rappachgasse\u201c stellt zwei teilweise bereits ausgestattete R\u00e4ume zur Einzel- oder gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verf\u00fcgung. Da wir uns momentan im Aufbau befinden, bieten wir ab sofort die M\u00f6glichkeit, diese kurz- und mittelfristig (bis Ende 2022) anzumieten. Wir wohnen und wirtschaften hier solidarisch und gemeinwohlorientiert, denn wir sind Teil von <a href=\"https:\/\/schlor.org\/en\/home\/rappachgasse\/\">SchloR<\/a> (siehe auch <a href=\"https:\/\/habitat.servus.at\/\">habiTaT<\/a>, das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.syndikat.org\/de\/\">Mietsh\u00e4user Syndikat in \u00d6sterreich<\/a>). The property is about 3000m\u00b2 and already hosts office spaces, arts and crafts studios, rehearsal- and meeting rooms (necessary infrastructure included). The organization \u201eCRAP \u2013 creatives at Rappachgasse\u201c is currently subletting two partly furnished rooms, suitable for single or collective use as offices or studios. Since the site is still partly under construction, we are looking for temporary usages (until the end of the year max.). We live and work on the premises under the common goal of solidarity and common good \u2013 being part of <a href=\"https:\/\/schlor.org\/en\/home\/rappachgasse\/\">SchloR<\/a> (also see <a href=\"https:\/\/habitat.servus.at\/\">habiTaT<\/a>, the equivalent of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.syndikat.org\/de\/\">Mietsh\u00e4user Syndikat in A<\/a>ustria).
