Das Projekt \u201eSch\u00f6ner leben ohne Rendite\u201c (SchloR) will frei nach dem Motto \u201eLeben und Arbeiten unter einem Dach\u201c auf dem rund 3.100m2 gro\u00dfen Zirkusareal in der Rappachgasse Handwerk und Kultur nach Simmering bringen. Im Juni 2019 wurde das Objekt gekauft, nun wird es Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu einem gemeinwohlorientierten Kultur-, Werkst\u00e4tten- und Wohnzentrum mit rund 1.400m2 Nutzfl\u00e4che und einer 500m2 Trainingshalle aus- und umgebaut.<\/p>\n

Die erste Bauphase<\/a> hat soeben begonnen. So entstehen ab sofort in klimafreundlicher Bauweise u.a. Gastrok\u00fcche, Seminarbereich, Ateliers, Prober\u00e4ume und Werkst\u00e4tten zur niederschwelligen Nutzung. Umgesetzt wird das Projekt in Kooperation mit der Architektin Gabu Heindl<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Solidarische Finanzierung durch Direktkredite<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u201eLieber 1000 Freund*innen im R\u00fccken als eine Bank im Nacken\u201c, hei\u00dft es bei SchloR folglich. Denn ein wesentlicher Pfeiler ist die Finanzierung durch Direktkredite. Das sind Darlehen von privaten Personen in der H\u00f6he zwischen 500 Euro und 50.000 Euro. F\u00fcr private Kreditgeber*innen stellen diese Darlehen zudem ein attraktives Anlageangebot dar. Bekommen sie doch daf\u00fcr h\u00f6here Zinsen (bis zu 2% nach Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzung), als bei einer Bank \u00fcblich ist. Zudem k\u00f6nnen Direktkredite jeder Zeit wieder gek\u00fcndigt werden. Eine Win-Win-Win-Situation also f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.<\/p>\n

Nach diesem Modell funktionieren in Deutschland im Dachverbund des sogenannten \u00bbMietsh\u00e4uer Syndikats<\/a>\u00ab schon an die 160 erfolgreiche Hausprojekte. Bei SchloR ist man dem eigenen Finanzierungsziel schon sehr nahe gekommen. Von den 3.800.000\u20ac fehlen nur noch knapp 300.000\u20ac an Direkkrediten f\u00fcr die letzte Bauphase 2021.
