We are a self-managed art, culture, workshops and residential project. As part of the umbrella organisations habiTAT<\/a> and\u00a0Apartment Houses-Syndicate<\/a> we are committed to solidarity Rent beyond speculation and real estate market.<\/p>

Our Target<\/strong> it is to operate in a spirit of solidarity and to reside collectively. We create spaces that are interested as a low threshold to use. As a result, we want to culture, political exchange, and creativity in Wien-Simmering and, in addition, strengthen, and encourage.<\/p>
