We are people with different backgrounds that have come together to create a collective work, living, and culture project in Vienna. We come from different areas, including crafts, art, medicine, biology, education, architecture, science, social work, and much more.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9bcbbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9bcbbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our common <strong>Self-understanding<\/strong> based on the idea of the use of property instead of private property:<br \/>Self-managed means that we organize ourselves and our rooms together. The participation is in accordance with the principles of our syndicate without the financial means \u2013 and this without any financial barrier to entry possible.
