We are a self-managed art, culture, workshops and residential project. As part of the umbrella organisations habiTAT and Apartment Houses-Syndicate we are committed to solidarity Rent beyond speculation and real estate market.
Our Target it is to operate in a spirit of solidarity and to reside collectively. We create spaces that are interested as a low threshold to use. As a result, we want to culture, political exchange, and creativity in Wien-Simmering and, in addition, strengthen, and encourage.
Our project is divided into Housing (SchloR), Creatives@rappach alley (CRAP) and Training center rappach alley (TRAP) for contemporary circus and other body arts.

Our direct loan campaign is over and was a great success!
Thanks to your support, we were able to cover the financing of our outdoor facilities – unseal, plaster, rain water tank and solar photovoltaic: Done!

Uur enterprises
The CRAP GmbH manages a variety of creative spaces. To do this, a seminar room, meeting room, workshop, rehearsal rooms, studios, and Studio count – that is to say, all of the surfaces in SchloR, the commercial and creative purposes. All of this not for profit!
